As we strive to provide quality products, customer service and products delivered in a timely manner our biggest goal is to excel in customer service. There are no refunds on custom items underneath any circumstances.

Due to covid and related mailing issues, once the item is accepted by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, Simi's Touch no longer assumes responsibility or Liability on items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier and customer in hopes of a delivery in a timely manner.
